I thought you might like to know how many homes were purchased in Woodbridge, Virginia where the Buyer paid all CASH at closing. For the period 1/01/2011 through 12/31/2011, there were only 413 home bought using all CASH.

Here are some quick stats: number of homes sold were the buyer paid all cash, the average sales price, and the number of days these homes were on the market from list date to sale date.
